At NXTRND, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
